Terms and Conditions for Don Ernesto Pressure Washing

Welcome to Don Ernesto Pressure Washing! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our pressure washing services (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Don Ernesto Pressure Washing will provide pressure washing services as agreed upon in the estimate or work order. Services may include, but are not limited to, cleaning of siding, driveways, decks, patios, fences, and other exterior surfaces.

Water Usage: You agree to provide Don Ernesto Pressure Washing with the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the water supply is active and in good working order.

Property Access: You agree to provide our technicians with access to the areas of your property that are to be serviced.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided based on the information you provide and/or a visual inspection. The final price may be adjusted on the day of service if the scope of work changes or if the property's condition is different from what was described.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

We accept payment by [List Accepted Payment Methods, e.g., cash, check, credit card].

A late fee of [e.g., 1.5% per month or a flat fee] may be applied to any invoice not paid within [e.g., 30] days of the service date.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5. Customer Responsibilities

Before our arrival, you agree to:

Close all windows and doors.

Remove all personal items, furniture, decorations, plants, and vehicles from the areas to be cleaned.

Ensure all pets are secured inside or in a safe area away from the service location.

Notify us of any pre-existing damage to the property. Don Ernesto Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles, broken or opened windows, failing paint, or other defects.

6. Damages

Don Ernesto Pressure Washing is fully insured. While we take utmost care, accidents can happen. We are not responsible for:

Damage to loose siding, paint, wood trim, or windows.

Damage to landscaping, unless caused by our direct negligence.

Water intrusion. It is your responsibility to ensure your property is sealed from potential water entry.

Any claim for damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service completion.

7. SMS/Text Message Communication (A2P Compliance)

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive both non-marketing and marketing text messages from Don Ernesto Pressure Washing. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Purpose of Messages: We may send you messages regarding appointment reminders, service updates, billing, and promotional offers.

Opt-Out: You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message, and then you will be unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received, as provided for in your mobile service rate plan. Please contact your mobile carrier for details.

Frequency: Message frequency will vary.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the successful delivery of text messages by your wireless carrier.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect your personal information (name, address, phone number, email) solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you.

We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

9. Consent to Photography

You consent to Don Ernesto Pressure Washing taking photographs of the work performed on your property. These photos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other advertising materials. No personal identifying information will be included without your written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

Don Ernesto Pressure Washing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
